Yogurt is healthy, the least likely to buy non-fat plain organic with active cultures. I like the spicy taste without added sweeteners, and I am my own mix-ins such as fresh fruit and muesli. =)

Well, my favortie is healthy yogurt Danone Light & Fit. It has less sugar and only 60 calories per cup! He knows too incredible is an added bonus. Lol.

Stoneyfield Soy is super sweet. I like the Silk brand soy yogurt.
Dannon Light & Fit Original Flavor room size, add pieces of fresh fruit and Splenda, mmmmmm good!
